Overall the boat appears to be in good condition. There are a few spots of gelcoat crazing which would seem normal for a boat of this age but overall very clean. There were some spots on the port foredeck when photographed that were dirty underneath where the folded up inflatable is stored.
The interior is clean and functional with all the amenities needed for cruising or spending a weekend.
The berth aft under the cockpit is large and will easily accommodate 2 full grown adults.
Sail inventory includes a new spinnaker w/bag and the boat also has a jib besides the Genoa.
The previous owner kept the boat on a lift at his own dock in a canal (Cape Coral).
Current owner has had it (a year and a half), it has been continuously in water except for the bottom repaint time of a week last October 2015.
So after bottom paint and maintenance on the keel, it has been in the water since November.
